Divorce is often portrayed as a battle, but it doesn’t have to be. Having navigated my own separation amicably, even going on to co-own a business and share a dog with my ex-husband, I know first-hand that it is possible to end a marriage without destroying the relationship entirely.

Not that we’d stay best friends.
Not that it would be easy.
But that we would treat each other with respect — and, if possible one day, with kindness.
I met my ex when we were both 23. We married in our early 30s and had two children, just a year apart.
Divorce is one of the hardest transitions there is, and most people try to get through it alone, exhausted and second-guessing every decision. I work with you one-to-one to settle the panic first, then build a clear plan: how to communicate with less conflict, how to support your children, and how to make decisions you can stand behind. You have me in your sessions and the Divorce SOS app in between.
