ABOUT ME
Back in 2018, I went through a separation that then led to a divorce. It left me feeling alone, ashamed, and emotionally paralysed. I couldn’t make sense of what was happening, and the future felt like a blank, painful void. Divorce is often described as the second most traumatic life event after the loss of a loved one and yet, I found myself asking: Why wasn’t there any real help out there?
My healing journey was slow but transformative. Through therapy, healing retreats, movement, nutrition, and deep self-reflection, I gradually found my way back to strength and clarity. When I finally felt grounded again, I knew I wanted to help others navigate the same storm. That’s when I discovered coaching—and it changed everything.
Today, I’m a professionally trained Master Practitioner Coach, certified through the International Divorce Coach Centre of Excellence - an organization accredited by both the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the CPD Standards Office. My certification is also endorsed by The Dash Charity, a UK-regulated domestic abuse charity, reflecting my commitment to supporting clients with empathy, integrity, and a deep understanding of the emotional complexities that come with separation.
I continue to invest in ongoing professional development to ensure my coaching is ethical, effective, and tailored to the real-world needs of those I work with.
My own divorce journey has come full circle. My ex-husband and I are now friends - a result of trial, error, and mutual effort. While that outcome isn’t possible for everyone, I’m happy to share what I’ve learned along the way. Whether you’re seeking peace, clarity, or simply a way forward, I’m here to help you find it.

Your Story. Your Space. Your Next Chapter
I understand that separation and divorce can involve deeply personal, emotional, and sensitive experiences. When you work with me, I want you to feel safe, respected, and comfortable sharing what you’re going through without fear of judgment.
I treat what you share with care and respect, and I am committed to maintaining your privacy and confidentiality within the boundaries of my role as a divorce coach. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can be honest about your fears, challenges, emotions, and hopes for the future.
I believe you deserve to feel heard, understood, and supported as you navigate this difficult chapter. I will never judge where you are in your journey. Instead, I’ll meet you where you are and help you find clarity, confidence, and practical ways forward.
Your trust matters deeply to me. I am committed to providing compassionate, thoughtful, and personalised support as you move through separation, rebuild your confidence, and begin creating the next chapter of your life.

Divorce is one of the hardest transitions there is, and most people try to get through it alone, exhausted and second-guessing every decision. I work with you one-to-one to settle the panic first, then build a clear plan: how to communicate with less conflict, how to support your children, and how to make decisions you can stand behind. You have me in your sessions and the Divorce SOS app in between.
